I. Mission
Recovery Beyond Borders is a politically independent, secular, international organization that provides support and help to those individuals and groups of people in developing countries that are providing or attempting to provide alcoholism and addiction treatment services.
To achieve our goals, Recovery Beyond Borders will assist in the following:
- Promote awareness and understanding of alcoholism and drug addiction in developing nations to the public.
- Provide direct support through funding, materials and training to those programs requesting help.
- Provide education about the disease of alcoholism and addiction as well as prevention.
- Provide training opportunities in the United States to staff members of the programs we are helping.
II. Vision
Recovery Beyond Borders envisions itself as a focused global foundation that will reach beyond borders creating opportunities for individuals and groups to find recovery from alcoholism and addictions.
We envision our foundation as working closely with other international health care foundations that are involved in global relief of a health and medical nature.
Recovery Beyond Borders plans on becoming a major recognized international foundation that will have offices and satellites throughout the world helping others.
To bring awareness to the public Recovery Beyond Borders will host international conferences on the problems of lack of effective treatment in developing nations.
III. Values
