- Managed 3M's Austin, Texas Headquarters prior to retirement.
- Following retirement from 3M, Bill became Executive Director of Lifeworks Agency, merging four social service agencies serving youth and families.
- Bill was co-founder, and served as Vice Chairman, of Treaty Oak Bank in Austin, Texas.
- Bill has served as an active board member in many Austin area organizations, including The Austin Chamber of Commerce, St. Edwards University, Seton Hospital, St. David's Hospital, The Urban League, Austin Recovery Center, Mobile Loaves and Fishes, Capital Idea, and Safeplace

- Patrick received an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago in International Strategy and Finance and is also a CFA Charter Holder.
- He has worked across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, consumer products, logistics and financial services throughout the US.
- Mr. Daley works with family offices and investment funds with assets in excess of $3 billion.
- Mr. Daley worked in the Investment Banking group of Bear Stearns in New York specializing in Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging financings.
- A veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, Mr. Daley is proficient in Russian.
- Patrick is a active board member of New Hope Recovery Center in Chicago which under his financial guidance assisted in scholarships of over $300,000.00 in free treatment to those in need.
